TERMS OF USE

Useful feedback.
Clear responsibilities.

These terms cover Sup’s service, private project workspaces, feedback SDKs, and support conversations.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 30, 2026SUP · CARMY LABS INC

01 / ABOUT SUP

The service and its operator.

Sup is operated by Carmy Labs Inc, a California corporation, at 2108 N Street, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816. Christopher Carmichael is its authorized representative. Our support and privacy contact is chris@carmylabs.com.

By using Sup, you agree to these terms for your use of the service. If you act for a company or workspace, you must have authority to do so. A connected host app remains a separate service with its own accounts, permissions, and terms. Using Sup does not grant access to a host app’s private account.

Subject to these terms, you may use Sup’s provided interfaces for authorized recording, app support, and feedback review. Applicable SDK license files govern redistribution of the SDK source; these service terms do not replace those licenses. If you obtain a native app through Apple, the applicable Apple app license also applies; these terms do not replace Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where that agreement governs the download.

02 / PRIVATE WORKSPACES

Use only the access you are given.

Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, verification codes, device credentials, and reader keys. Do not share a workspace credential with an unauthorized person. Workspace owners are responsible for project enrollment, approved devices, reader access, and the people they authorize to review submissions.

Email and Apple sign-in are available only when configured for the service. An identity must be verified before it is treated as an account login. Sup does not automatically combine separate workspaces because they use the same email address.

Host developers must connect feedback to the correct project, disclose their integration, protect server-side enrollment secrets, and respect the permissions and audience of their own app. They must obtain any required authority or consent for collecting information about other people, including children.

04 / YOUR WORDS & CONTEXT

Your content stays yours.

You retain any rights you have in the audio, messages, screenshots, documentation, and other material you submit. You authorize Carmy Labs and the service providers described in the privacy policy to store, process, transcribe, and display that material as needed to deliver Sup to the authorized project and workspace.

This permission is for operating the service, not a transfer of ownership or a license to publish your feedback as an endorsement. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights. Published support guides should be app documentation, not private customer records.

Where enabled, AI assistance uses the conversation and applicable app guidance. It can be inaccurate and does not operate a host account or guarantee a future fix. Review its answers before relying on them; a founder’s reply is distinct from automated guidance.

05 / RESPONSIBLE USE

Keep the workspace safe.

Do not use Sup for unlawful content, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, malware, or attempts to bypass authentication or project boundaries. Do not expose credentials, overwhelm the service, or attempt to retrieve someone else’s private submissions.

Contact Sup support about suspected misuse, harmful content, or unauthorized access. Workspace owners can revoke recording and reader credentials and remove submissions they control. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Sup is not an emergency service.

06 / PRACTICAL LIMITS

Evidence, not a guarantee.

Network, device, browser, and provider failures can delay or prevent capture, upload, transcription, replies, or delivery. A crash can lose uncommitted audio. Screenshots and transcripts can be incomplete. Event timing provides context but does not establish what a speaker intended.

Service features and limits may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or that every issue reported through Sup will be fixed. Keep independent copies of information you need to retain beyond the service’s recording window. Nothing in these terms removes consumer or privacy rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

07 / YOUR DATA CHOICES

Leave with clarity.

Voice recordings and earlier voice-companion conversations use 30-day retention. Current written feedback and text conversations remain until deletion. The privacy policy describes other data categories and provider processing.

Owners can export account text data, delete individual recordings or feedback, and initiate account and workspace deletion from Account. Account deletion requires recent sign-in, revokes connected credentials and recording access, and removes saved customer text. Provider cleanup is queued separately; signing out or uninstalling is not account deletion.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. If you cannot access your account, contact us to request help and verify your authority. Provider-controlled backups or records required for security or applicable law may not disappear immediately. See privacy and deletion support for the implemented steps.

08 / STAYING IN TOUCH

Changes and questions.

We will update the effective date when these terms change. Material changes to collection or access also require updated documentation and appropriate user choices. Contact Sup support with questions about these terms or the service.
